Teairah Wilder CRNP

Teairah Wilder earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Jacksonville University. She spent several years as a critical care nurse in the ICU. During that time, she completed her training from Walden University to become a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.

Teairah is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

 

Preemie Mom

Being a twin micro-preemie mom Teairah is strongly passionate about the growth and development of these tiny premature babies and has undergone extra training to become certified in the field of Child Development.

 

ASL

Having preemies also lead Teairah down the road of learning American Sign Language. Teairah is still learning but has successfully completed all 3 courses offered at Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind. She continues her passion of learning to help others that are deaf/Hard of Hearing, as well as her twin son that has dysarthria.

 

Hobbies

Teairah resides in Toney with her husband and three children. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, watching football, family time, and learning more ASL

Savannah Holbrook CRNP

Savannah Holbrook

Savannah Holbrook earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Troy University, where she also competed on the co-ed cheerleading team. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Austin Peay State University, completing her graduate studies while supporting her husband’s active-duty Army service.

 

While pursuing her FNP degree, Savannah gained valuable clinical experience working in both a medical-surgical hospital setting and a dermatology clinic. Savannah is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners

 

Savannah resides in Huntsville, AL with her husband and their two young sons. She enjoys hiking, running, and spending quality time with family.

Elizabeth (Libby) Evans CRNP

Libby Evans earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from The University of Alabama. She worked as a mother/ baby nurse and a nursery nurse while obtaining her Master’s Degree from The University of Alabama in Birmingham. Libby is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. 

Being a former NICU nurse, Libby is eager to learn new skills to help provide care to the infants. She has undergone extra training to complete the Neonatal Resuscitation Program. 

 

Hobbies

Libby resides in Madison, AL with her husband. She enjoys being outside hiking, boating, and playing tennis but most importantly spending time with friends and family.

Elizabeth Evans

Cerra Jackson CRNP

Cerra Jackson earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from The University of Alabama. She worked as a pediatric cardiovascular ICU nurse while obtaining her Master’s Degree from The University of South Alabama.

 

Cerra is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to starting here at TLC, Cerra worked for 5 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Tuscaloosa caring for patients of all ages.

 

Hobbies

Cerra resides in Falkville, AL, with her husband, 2 children, and 3 dogs. She enjoys reading, hiking, camping, and golfing.

Cerra Jackson

Kelley Reaves CRNP

Kelley Reaves

We are excited to welcome Kelley M. Reaves, FNP-BC, to our practice as a new primary care provider! Originally from South Carolina, Kelley brings a diverse nursing background and a passion for patient-centered care. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing Education from Francis Marion University before completing her Post-Master’s Certificate in Family Nurse Practice at Herzing University. Kelley will also be pursuing her doctorate in the fall at the University of Alabama.

 

With experience in pediatric and adult intensive care, flight nursing, and home health, Kelley is well-equipped to care for patients across the lifespan. During her training, she had the opportunity to precept at this very practice and knew immediately that it felt like home. She is excited to officially join the team and continue building relationships with patients and families.

 

Outside of work, Kelley is a proud Air Force wife to her husband, Corey, and a busy mom to their son, Jack, and daughter, Blake. Their family also includes a golden retriever, four chickens, and a fish! She looks forward to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to the community.
